Venue Responsibilities
The pilot is designed to learn whether SmartFlow genuinely helps venues. We will review operational data and staff feedback together.
Use SmartFlow during the pilot in agreed service areas or time periods
Provide staff feedback on what works and what creates friction
Complete pilot questionnaires during and after the trial
Participate in review discussions so the results can be understood properly
