Is it really free?
Yes. Pilot participation is free for the agreed 90-day test period.
Is there a catch?
No. The purpose is to test SmartFlow honestly before commercial launch. There is no obligation to continue.
Does SmartFlow replace staff?
No. SmartFlow is designed to support hospitality staff by making requests more visible.
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests tap an NFC card at the table and use the browser on their phone.
Does SmartFlow process payments?
Not during this pilot. It can handle bill requests, but payment processing is not the focus.
What equipment is required?
NFC table cards and a staff dashboard on a tablet, phone, laptop or venue device.
Can we use our own tablet?
Yes, if it can run a modern browser and is practical for staff during service.
What happens after the pilot?
We review the results together. If there is value, we discuss whether continuing makes sense.
Can SmartFlow be used in Czech and English?
Yes. Guest and staff views can support Czech and English.
How long does setup take?
The aim is a practical setup measured in hours, not weeks, depending on menu and table setup.
