This document is a practical startup pilot draft for review. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice.
1. Purpose
These terms explain practical rules for using SmartFlow during a venue pilot. They should be read with the SmartFlow Pilot Agreement and Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptable use
- Use SmartFlow only for genuine venue service operations and pilot testing.
- Do not give admin or staff access to unauthorised people.
- Do not use SmartFlow for unlawful, abusive, misleading or unsafe activity.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the platform, security controls or other venues.
3. Staff responsibilities
- Staff should monitor SmartFlow during agreed service periods.
- Staff should respond to requests in a reasonable way based on venue operations.
- Managers should explain to staff how SmartFlow fits into normal service.
- Staff should report confusing, duplicate, inappropriate or missed requests.
4. Device care
- Venue devices used for SmartFlow should be charged, connected and available during agreed pilot periods.
- Any SmartFlow materials provided for the pilot should be used with reasonable care.
- Lost, damaged or removed NFC cards or table materials should be reported.
5. Connectivity requirements
SmartFlow depends on internet connectivity for staff dashboards and guest requests. The venue is responsible for suitable Wi-Fi or mobile connectivity unless otherwise agreed.
If connectivity is unreliable, the venue should treat SmartFlow as unavailable and use normal service procedures.
6. Reporting issues
Technical issues, suspected security problems, incorrect table setup, menu issues, request delays or guest confusion should be reported to scott@smartflow.bar as soon as practical.
7. Misuse
Misuse of SmartFlow may result in suspension or termination of pilot access. Misuse includes unauthorised access, deliberate false requests, attempts to disrupt the service or use outside agreed pilot purposes.
8. Suspension of service
SmartFlow may be suspended for maintenance, updates, technical issues, security concerns, misuse or operational reasons. SmartFlow will try to communicate material issues where practical.
9. Pilot termination
Either SmartFlow or the Pilot Venue may end the pilot early. After termination, the venue should stop using SmartFlow materials and return or remove any pilot materials if requested.
